Clarity builds confidence.

It’s the foundation.

Finding and discovering clarity is foundational to almost everything we want to do with purpose.

You see, it’s hard to move forward without knowing the why, where, or how.

Think about driving and how you need to know where you are headed to know what roads to take. To go left or right, north or south, on highway or back roads.

My husband and I are part of a car club and he instructs on the advanced driving development weekends.

It is on a race track, but the focus is not on speed (ok, maybe a little) … but rather it is on learning and improving driving skills. I’m not gonna lie though, there is a ton of fun involved!

As an instructor, the #1 thing he would tell you is, “look ahead … don’t look directly in front of the car, but rather have your head  up and look in the distance.  Your car will go where you are looking.”

I’ve practiced it, and it works.  Try it sometime.  When you are going around a long curve, look where  you want to go and see how much smoother and easier it is to navigate the car to that exact spot.

Clarity works in much the same way.

When you gain clarity, you gain direction and alignment.

The direction helps you take steps and build momentum that is in alignment with what is most important to you. Your core values.  The gifts, skills, passions, and talents you were created with.

Without the clarity, we react, and not always in the way we would like to.

With the clarity, we respond.  The clarity allows us to respond with intention and purpose, and to aim  for where we want to go.

It is the pause before the action.

Confidence is a state of feeling certain.  Certain of your abilities and certain of the truth of something.

It’s a knowing that you are going in the right direction, for the right reasons.

It’s not perfection, but rather a certainty that you will get there, whatever the road is you take.

The clarity gives us the confidence that we are headed in the right direction.

What core values to act on.

What limiting beliefs to conquer.

What fears to fight.

What relationships to prioritize.

Where to serve.

How to love.

What action steps to take.

What to say yes to.

What to say no to.

How to lead.

It begins with the clarity.

If I asked you where you saw yourself in 5 years, could you give me a confident answer?

Could you describe how you wanted to show up, what goals you would accomplish, and what dreams you would realize?

It is the reason my Power of Purpose Mastermind begins with finding the clarity of how your past has impacted your present.  So you can conquer the limiting beliefs and fears that hold you back and move forward with confident purpose and passion.

To move forward towards who you want to be, and where you want to go.

The momentum develops the confidence that you can do it.

Not perfectly, and maybe not smoothly, but you can do it.

What is it?  It is more than thought you could, I can promise you that.

Without clarity we dream so small.  We dream in a way we can imagine.

We underestimate what we can accomplish, but with the clarity we can see the vision.

It starts with the clarity, and ends with the confidence.

Gain your clarity, and see the difference it makes!
